Tell us your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, Shrike version and what happened. If a video does not play, include its container, codec and source type when known. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, private video files or sensitive screenshots.

Use the + button to choose your own file, folder or a supported network source. Only play content you own or have permission to access. Shrike does not supply a video catalog or bypass DRM. Container and codec compatibility depend on iOS and your device.

Picture and headset setup

Choose the matching flat, stereoscopic or projection mode for your video. Adjust lens and viewing settings while seated in a safe place. Stop using the headset if you feel discomfort. Recenter the view after taking a comfortable position.

Controller connection

Open the controller connection option to allow Bluetooth. Check the controller’s battery and pairing mode. If permission was denied, allow it in iOS Settings. Controller compatibility varies; ordinary touch controls remain available.

Wi-Fi transfer

Connect both devices to the same trusted local network, allow local network access and keep the transfer screen open in the foreground. Enter the complete temporary address on the sending device. Guest networks may isolate devices. Do not share the tokenized address publicly.

Playback history and files

Use Settings to clear playback history. Manage imported files in the Files app. Re-select a moved folder or unavailable external file. See the privacy policy for storage and deletion details.
